General:
This villa, situated against a ridge, has a tasteful and practical interior and a cozy terrace with swimming pool on the south. The village with its wine chateau, the Canal du midi, the restaurants has a real southern atmosphere. Great for walking, cycling, fishing or relaxing by the private pool. Several large supermarkets and other shops can be found 7 minutes away by car. There are plenty of attractions in the area for multiple holidays.
Interior:
The open kitchen and living room (40m²) with its large sliding doors open onto the terrace with swimming pool. The kitchen is of course equipped with all necessary equipment. There are three bedrooms on the top floor. All 3 bedrooms have double beds (140x200). There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. This house has airconditioning. A separate toilet is down the hall.
Outside the house:
Following the dining room you go through French doors to the cozy terrace where the dining table is and you can enjoy the sun, the view, the tranquility and a delicious glass of local wine. Directly connected to it is the beautiful wooden terrace and the swimming pool (4x6.50). There is of course a BBQ at your disposal. The parking lot is located in front of the house.
